This chocolate olive oil (500ml) is made with extra virgin Spanish Arbequina olive oil and infused with Red Mayan cocoa. It has a slightly nutty flavor.
APPLICATION: The chocolate olive oil can be used for dressings, stews and deserts. The combination with (raspberry) vinegar makes it perfect for salad dressings. The ideal ratio to make a salad dressing is 2/3 olive oil, 1/3 vinegar.
