The chocolate olive oil (500ml) is made with extra virgin Spanish Arbequina olive oil and infused with Red Mayan cocoa. It has a slightly nutty flavor.
The raspberry vinegar (200ml) is a natural 7º vinegar macerated with home-grown Belgian raspberries.
The chocolate olive oil can be used for dressings, stews and deserts. The combination with the raspberry vinegar makes it perfect for salad dressings. The ideal ratio to make a salad dressing is 2/3 olive oil, 1/3 raspberry vinegar.
